    45th Annual Texas Tour
    The Dallas Regional Group of the Early Ford V-8 Club of America wishes to invite you and your family to the 45th Annual Texas Tour in Tyler, Texas. With 44 years of great Texas Tours behind us, we hope to make this one as good as all the others. The fun starts Thursday April 5th with registration from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Registration will open again Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. After registration, there is plenty of time to enjoy your choice of self guided tours: - The azalea Festival is held during this period - The Goodman-LeGrand House and Museum - The Kiepersol Distillery and Winery (tours and wine tasting) - Rose Garden and Musem Friday evening will give everyone a chance to renew old friendships with a welcome party complete with hamburgers and an ice cream social. Saturday will include a driving tour thru the local scenery and around Lake Palestine to our lunch destination. The American Freedom Museum located on the campus of the Brook Hill School offers a great lunch locale where we can enjoy a box lunch and vote on our favorite V-8's. We hope there is time for each of you to take in the museum, one of the best privately owned collections of American history. Saturday evening will be the Awards Banquet at the host hotel with some fantastic food and great entertainment. There will be great raffle items to choose from including a Ford V-8 stained glass sign. We are looking forward to hosting the 2018 Texas Tour and showing everyone a good time in Tyler, Texas.. We hope to see you there. Folks who register on or before December 31, 2017 are eligible for a drawing to have their club room rate for 3 nights paid.
